YOUTH PROGRAMS: sponsored by HIGHMARK

*"Swimming Miles for Youth"
A program designed to encourage young swimmers, new and experienced to practice lap swimming and improve proficiency and fitness. Kids will have fun recording how many laps they have done and earning swim tokens as they achieve their goals.

Special prizes will be awarded at the end of the program. Kids can participate in this program at any time during general pool opening times.

*Junior Masters Swimming (youth 9-18yrs) 
Tuesday & Wednesday evenings 6:00-6:45pm (Starting June 6.)
This is a high-intensity workout geared towards intermediate-advanced swimmers.
Free to members 18 and under 

* NEW "Little Swimmers Club" 
Monday-Friday 1:30-2:45pm (starting June 17)
For kids 3-6yrs. These sessions will include games and activities to get your little one(s) moving & enjoying the water!
This program is conveniently held at the same time as Water Aerobics during the week. Parents and caregivers can also enjoy a workout at  the same time!

MORNING PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS 18 YEARS AND OLDER

*Water aerobics 
Afternoon classes with Wendy: Mondays - Fridays 1:30-2:15pm starting June 17 
Evening classes with Ann: Tuesdays & Thursday 7:00-7:30pm starting June 18
Saturday classes with Wendy: 9:30-10.15am starting June 22

*Early morning lap swimming 
Intended for adults (18yrs +)
Monday to Friday 6:00am - 8:00am starting June 17

*Masters swimming - with Jesse
Tuesdays-Wednesdays-Fridays: 6:15-7:45am starting June 18

NEW  SOLECO TRI CLUB
Work-outs 4 times / week. Starting June 17
Initial meeting will be held June 17 @ 6:15AM
Mon morning: Run
Tues, Wed & Friday mornings (attend any 2 of the 3 sessions): Swim 
Thurs morning: Bike
Participants in TRi Program will do the swim training on the mornings Masters practices are held, but should participate not more than 2 of the 3 Masters days resulting in a 4 day/week training micro-cycles, yielding a more effective 3-week macro cycle that will conclude with a Members-only Sprint Distance Triathlon (750mtrs swim; 20km bike and 5km run)Participants need their own, functioning bike, preferably road, to participate.

Experience Required:
Swim experience - should be able to do full laps (50yards) repeats. 
Riding experience - must be able to ride, non-stop, for an hour.  Group rides with us or anywhere, normally do not ride less-than an hour. 
Running experience - should be able to run, not walk, a mile, without stopping.  

Participation requires pool membership and introductory fee of $25.00 is charged.
