Twitter/Text Messaging Instructions:

This action does not require you to create a Twitter account:

The easiest and most convenient way to have messages posted to your mobile device is to text the words: follow solecostingrays to 40404 (*Note: Standard Message Rates Apply; you must have texting enabled on your phone).

If you already have a Twitter account:

Follow solecostingrays.  On the solecostingrays page, to the left of Following link, click the down arrow and mark Get Tweets sent to your phone.

If you would like to establish a Twitter account:

Install the app or go to the twitter homepage: http://www.twitter.com.  Once you have set up an account, search solecostingrays and click Follow.  On the solecostingrays page, to the left of Following link, click the down arrow and mark Get Tweets sent to your phone.

1. In order to maximize coaching instruction and efficiency, we ask that you leave your child off at the entrance gate prior to the scheduled practice. Please pick them upon promptly after practice. We encourage you be about 10 minutes early before and after practices.


2. Parents will not be allowed on the pool deck during practice for any reason! All communications with the coaches must take place prior to, or after practice.

3. All communications from coaches (such as cancellations, time changes, etc.) and team updates/reminders will be communicated via TWITTER; instructions listed below.

4. Communication to the coaches can take place through the use of the logbook that is used for swimmers attendance. It should be located on the picnic tables between the locker rooms.

5. Absences from practices must be logged in the COACHES LOGBOOK. 

6. Please communicate any concerns directly with coaches outside of practice time. Do not let anything fester inside. Coaches will make every effort to honor any reasonable request.

7. Team Mailbox- Each family will have a folder located in a crate labeled "Soleco Ribbons & Mail". Make sure you or your child checks your folder at least twice a week for all important information from the coaches and board (ribbons, picture information, etc.).
